Pay-Per-Hire Recruitment

The pay-per-hire recruitment option takes the risk of finding qualified candidates off you, the employer, and allows The Agency to do what they do best, source great talent! We supply you with great options for your team and we only get paid if you choose to go ahead with a candidate(s) provided from our pool. It’s a low-risk, low-cost approach that helps you find the right fit without breaking the bank.

With this option you conduct the interviews, reference checks, offers and negotiations with the candidate once The Agency supplies you with candidates that fit your position requirements.
Temporary Administrative Placement

The Agency manages a team of temporary office support professionals ready to start new assignments.

The Agency’s billing rate is based on the position category to which position descriptions are supplied for reference.

Temporary administrative placements are paid through The Agency’s payroll and includes wages, vacation pay, general holidays, CPP, EI, and Workers’ Compensation, ROE’s and T4’s. As the client, you simply pay a monthly service invoice.
