Two Twelve Consulting is a locally owned and operated HR Consulting firm that has a people first perspective. We offer a variety of services that are offered to small, medium and large sized businesses that are in need of Human Resource organization, creation or implementation.
Each and every project that our consultants work on is approached with the company culture or individual personality in mind ensuring that our consultation represents our clients accurately. Our team is Peace Country born and raised and therefore familiar with Alberta and its industries. The 212 PHILOSOPHY

Many years ago I was introduced to the 212 philosophy where water is stable, unchanging, and predictable at 211 degrees, but once that one extra degree is succeeded, change begins and great things happen. Every time I lace up my skates, open a textbook, meet with an employee, or discuss a situation with a client, I strive to achieve that one extra degree that makes all the difference between good and great!

Danielle Hessler – Senior HR Consultant

Danielle brings 15 years of HR experience to her consulting work. Even better, she does it with a smile which is why she created Two Twelve Consulting. She saw value in providing a customized approach to Human Resources and therefore forged a path. Although she is well-versed in all key areas of Human Resources, she specializes in employee and labour relations, performance management and recruitment. Having worked for Peace County Health during their amalgamation to Alberta Health Services, the opportunity allowed Danielle to gain unprecedented experience within the field Change Management. From there, she transitioned to Grande Prairie Regional College where she became their Director of Human Resources. Through this role, Danielle led a team of professionals in providing the HR strategy and support to the College located in Northwestern Alberta.

Now living with her family in the outskirts of Grande Prairie, AB, Danielle provides her experience, knowledge and passion for Human Resources to the loyal clients of Two Twelve Consulting. When she’s not improving Human Resources for her awesome clients, Danielle can be found at the rink or on the golf course. From post-secondary institutions, municipalities, health care, oil and gas and non-profits, Danielle offers a unique approach to complex HR issues and assists her clients in a calm and focused manner.

Jocelyn Claggett – Senior HR Consultant

Jocelyn Claggett – Senior HR Consultant

Born and raised in the Peace Country, Jocelyn has more than twelve years of experience in Human Resources in both the Public and Private Sectors. Jocelyn started her career specializing in Recruitment at Alberta Health Services (AHS) and quickly diversified her portfolio throughout her seven years at AHS as she branched into Labour Relations. It was at AHS that Jocelyn and Danielle met and first worked together. She moved into the private sector where she gained invaluable experience working as the Human Resources Manager at Canadian Lumber Products LTD (Canfor) for the Grande Prairie division. After three years at Canfor, Jocelyn relocated after marrying her husband Ryan and she found herself in the Human Resources department at the Municipal District of Greenview No. 16 (Greenview) as a part of their Human Resources department.

After starting a family, Jocelyn decided to spend a few years at home to enjoy time with her daughters, Aubry and Brielle, and focus on their growing cattle ranch. In 2022 Jocelyn met with Danielle and it was during that fateful coffee date that she decided she was ready for a new challenge and partnered with Two Twelve Consulting to offer her expertise and provide Human Resources services to local businesses.

Dalene Pilat – HR Coordinator

Dalene Pilat – Operations Manager

Having been raised in the Peace Country and grown multiple small businesses with her husband since 2007, Dalene understands and relates to the entrepreneurial spirit. Her passion behind growing businesses is the building of culture and positive foundations for her team to thrive. She tends to get excited about the tasks that most people avoid on Mondays and push to the following week on Fridays, and instead is willing to dive in and find magic in the monotony.

Outside of work Dalene is actively involved in assisting with her two daughters’ sports teams and their busy schedules. She describes herself as fortunate to have a husband she considers a mentor and daughters that make her proud each and every day.

Jocelyn Claggett – Senior HR Consultant

Courtney Bartman – HR Coordinator

Meet Courtney, a Saskatchewan native who has called the Peace Country home since 2012. After moving to Northern Alberta with her husband for work, she quickly fell in love with the community and endless opportunities that Grande Prairie and its surrounding area had to offer. 

With over 12 years of experience in the dental industry and an education in Global Tourism and Marketing, Courtney has a passion for meeting new people and making them smile. She loves learning about their interests and what makes them unique. Excited to be part of the Two Twelve Consulting team, Courtney looks forward to helping people succeed in what makes them happy. 

Time away from work is spent with her family, either on a boat, golf course, or cold bleachers cheering the kids on at hockey.  

Danielle Hessler – Senior HR Consultant

Sherry A Drysdale – Certified Everything DiSC Trainer

Sherry was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and moved to Grande Prairie when she was 11 having called the Peace Country home for most of her life. After high school she continued her education by completing her CAPPA Certificate (Production Accountant) where she worked at a gas plant, allocating products from wellhead to final sales contracts. Sherry and her husband Wayne had a dairy farm in the region for many years and when they decided to move on from Farming they both ventured into new careers. Wayne represented the MD of Greenview and later became the MLA for our region as well as Minister of Transportation Infrastructure. Sherry chose to become a Mortgage Professional and was in the top 10% of mortgage agents.

Two Twelve Consulting is happy to have Sherry as part of the team delivering Everything DiSC Training to our clients. Sherry is passionate about helping others and by delivering this training she is able to give our clients personalized insights that deepen their understanding of self and others in the workplace, making their professional interactions more enjoyable and effective.

Sherry has a passion for networking, connecting with people and helping in our region, which has invited her the opportunity to assist in a variety of organizations, like the Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Rotary and our local community. She is currently serving on the board for the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation. She enjoys speaking with people from different cultures and learning about their traditions.

Sherry and Wayne were blessed to have 2 children, Jodie Drysdale Johnson and Troy Drysdale along with 2 beautiful granddaughters Tory and Sydney. She loves golfing as well spending time working in her yard, garden, cooking, baking and entertaining. Whenever she gets the chance, she enjoys exploring the beautiful country we live in on a side by side while camping.
